This is not exactly what is needed in my case. I need for people to be able to digitally sign PDFs while they are on the server SharePoint in this case. Once I reinstalled it again, I was able to open the portfolio in the browser, not a serpate Adobe Reader window. On the Mac I had Adobe Pro 9 on, it wouldn't open in the browser, no matter what plugins I installed.
